The Fred Segal Peace and Friendship Library (est. 2010) is a large purpose-built three-story building with halls, reading and seminar rooms, audio-visual equipment and computer stations, etc. It is gradually being stocked with research materials, peace resources, literature on peace and conflict studies, general reading for the community and a special section on health and nutrition. Books are in Hebrew, Arabic and English.

Activities have included conferences organized by WAS-NS to consider issues relating to the Palestinian - Israeli conflict, public lectures, lectures and discussions, discussions around books, and others.
