Science Day at the Primary School

June 24: This morning the primary school pupils were out in the playground conducting experiments, learning about the solar system, and getting excited about science in general. That is because today is the school’s science day, an event organized every year by the school’s science teachers. This year the children had a variety of things to learn and do as they rotated through the various workstations that had been set up on tables around the playground. Children could be seen in make-shift lab coats, carrying around foaming test tubes of various colours and creating volcanoes. From their smiles and concentrated faces it is clear that the students can have a lot of fun with science.
