WAS-NS presented Winspiration Day Award, 2016

On May 7, 2016, Bob Mark and Ranin Boulos represented WAS-NS at a ceremony in Baden, Austria at which the Winspiration Day Award 2016 was presented to our community.

Winspiration is the initiative of Wolfgang Sonnenburg, a much sought out writer, consultant and trainer in personal development and entrepreneurship. Since 2003 the award has been given yearly on May 7 to outstanding individuals and organizations. By coincidence this is also the day we have chosen as our Peace Holiday in WAS-NS (see article by Samah Salaime)

Bob and Ranin traveled to Austria specially to receive the award, at the invitation of Winspiration. Members of the Austrian Friends of Wahat al-Salam - Neve Shalom were also invited to attend, though unfortunately the award ceremony coincided with the Annual General Meeting of the Friends Associations taking place in WAS-NS itself.
