A happy Eid al-Adha to all friends of Wahat al-Salam - Neve Shalom

The festival symbolizes personal sacrifice and the faith in lofty values. It emphasizes our power to do good and the strength of our commitment to one another.

On the eve of the holiday, we parted with tears and smiles from 40 orphans from all around the Palestinian Authority, who spent a precious week in the warm embrace of our community before going back to the difficult conditions in which they normally live, at an orphanage in Tul Karem.

We thank the Bruno Hussar Foundation for supporting this special week. In the spirit of the holiday, our WAS-NS community appreciates your sacrifice, solidarity and commitment to love, justice, and peace among all peoples.

We wish you, your family and every child in this world, happiness and good health during the holiday and the times ahead.
