Int’l Women’s Day - Reception at the French Embassy

Greetings to women of WASNS and around the world. On Int’l Womens Day, WASNS development director Samah Salaime attended a reception at the residence of French ambassador M. Éric Danon, together with four influential Arab and Jewish women in Israel. At the meeting, M. Danon became acquainted with the activities of work on behalf of women in Israel and spoke about the situation of women in France, including legislation to advance women in politics and the economy, as well as the struggle to prevent violence against women.

Samah invited Amb. Danon to visit WASNS, including the Primary School, in the framework of the French Embassy’s initiative to support schools in Israel.
