A day of mindfulness, facilitated by Buddhist monk Tai Doji
October 2002

Doumia Sakinah and NSWAS hosted a mindfulness practice day which was attended by a large number of people from around the country, as well as some members of the community itself. Talks and instruction were given by Tai Doji, a senior monk from Plum Village (Village des Pruniers), a mindfulness community established by the Vietnamese meditation teacher and human rights activist Thich Nhat Hanh.
