PSCC reopens with a live performance and film screening

On Tuesday, February 23, the Spiritual Center reopened after a long period in which it was able to hold only virtual events.

The opening show included both a movie screening and a live music performance.

The film screened was "In Your Eyes I See My Country", which describes a musical roots journey in Morocco by singer Neta Elkayam and her musical partner Amit Haï Cohen. This moving cinematic odyssey was directed by Moroccan director Kamal Hashkar

After a coffee break and light refreshments, an intimate musical meeting took place with Neta and Amit. It combined personal stories from the trip to Morocco and life in the country along with Moroccan songs performed by the two.

Neta Elkayam and Amit Haï Cohen were very excited because this was their first appearance in front of an audience after a year. The audience was also moved and enthusiastically received the duo.
