Upgrading the Garden of Rescuers

With thanks to the generosity of GARIWO and our Friends Associations we have been able to significantly upgrade the Garden of Rescuers.

The Friends Associations matched GARIWO’s donation, enabling us to fund surveying and planning fees, stonework, landscaping and electrical work.

Among the improvements are a handrail for the stairs, gravel paths, a raised platform for the explanatory plaque, a stone dais for speakers and benches for the audience.
