Rosita spoke to us from her home at the epicenter of the COVID-19 outbreak in Italy
On Sunday, April 5 at 7.30 pm, the PSCC initiated a Zoom meeting with our long-time friend from the Italian Friends of Wahat al-Salam – Neve Shalom, Rosita Poloni. The meeting was attended by WASNS community members and friends from around the world.

Rosita gave an overview of the sad and difficult situation in Italy, with an emphasis on her own very heavily affected town of Bergamo in Northern Italy. She showed some photos and videos and shared heartbreaking personal stories. (Below are links to some of the material she shared with us.)
Afterwards, the audience asked her questions and sent their love and support.
The meeting was painful but encouraging. It is good to know that there is a thread that connects us during these difficult days for us all.
